Real Estate Sales Associate 63 Hour PreLicense Classroom

This basic course prescribed by Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) is the first step in qualifying to take the Sales Associate’s Licensing Examination. You must be a high school graduate or have a GED to attend class. Only eight (8) hours of absence is allowed. There are no make-up classes. A calculator may be used in class. There will be an end-of-course exam. SPC is required to report grades to the state of Florida. You will be required to provide Social Security numbers for state reporting. Course completion does not guarantee job placement.
