This 40-hour course teaches the activities and requirements for legal guardians. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to serve as a professional, family or volunteer guardian. This course meets state-mandated education requirements for legal guardians in Florida, and includes topics such as the nature and meaning of in-capacity, Social Security/ Medicare/Medicaid, end-of-life planning, estate planning, investment planning, graduated healthcare accommodation, and much more. THE COURSE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A MINIMUM PASSING SCORE OF 75% ON THE FINAL EXAM.
