The J-STD-001 CIS Training Program (Operator) provides individuals with a valuable, portable credential that recognizes their advanced knowledge and understanding of the Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies. This certification is the gold standard, required throughout the medical, aerospace and military manufacturing industry as a condition of employment.  In this modularized program, the student will learn advanced lessons in the following areas: Requirements of the J-STD-001, wires and terminals, PCB, coating, encapsulation and staking, through-hole technology, surface mount, and inspection.

October 13th, 2025 to December 3rd, 2025
Monday and Wednesday, 4:30PM to 7:30PM
Location: SPC Midtown campus- KEENE Bldg Room 106

**College will be closed for Thanksgiving November 24th through November 30th. No classes will be held during that week. 


THE IPC-A-610 CIS CERTIFICATION IS A PREREQUISITE FOR ENROLLING IN IPC J-STD-001 CIS CERTIFICATION COURSE.
