Industrial Automation Technicians play a vital role in keeping the systems that drive modern manufacturing facilities running smoothly. They are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the machines, robotics, and automated systems that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
The Robotics and Semiconductor Technician program offers comprehensive, hands-on training in automation, maintenance, and production technologies used across advanced manufacturing environments. Students develop practical skills with mechanical systems, electrical drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), while learning to interpret technical schematics and documentation. The program’s lab-based setting closely replicates real-world industrial systems, preparing graduates for immediate entry into high-demand technical careers.
