The Agency Inspector conducts inspections of approved breath test instruments. Personnel possessing a valid Breath Test Operator permit may enroll in this 24-hour course.
ATMS RECORDS: Training Centers will enter all breath test and agency inspector courses into ATMS and will maintain the original paperwork for students. Students will be required to pass written examination with minimum 80% and demonstrate 100% proficiencies.

Agency approval required before class. Most agencies request that individual officers contact their training department prior to self-registration. This course has restricted access to only currently sworn and direct support staff of an agency.
