This two day (16 hour) training program is designed for law enforcement supervisors at the first line, mid-level, and command staff levels of an agency. The curriculum will cover different leadership concepts and techniques that are specifically related to the law enforcement environment.
Instructor(s) will define the characteristics of the current law enforcement workforce and its future challenges to law enforcement leadership. Instructors will also explain research showing what drives Generation Y (aka Millenials) and Generation Z (aka Homeland Generation) employee engagement. While the recruiting of Generations Y & Z are difficult, tactics will be provided to specifically target these generations for recruitment.
