In this course, students will examine the concept of management and the responsibilities and role of middle managers, including planning, organizing, directing, implementing and evaluating. Students will also understand the relationship between executive management, the middle manager, and the line supervisor.

This course is Salary Incentive through CJSTC. There is an attendance policy and those attending will be required to pass a written exam with a minimum of 80%.
Agency approval required before class. 
Most agencies request that individual officers contact their training department prior to self-registration.
This course has restricted access to only currently sworn and direct support staff of an agency.
