You must pass an In-Person Boot Camp in order to be accepted into the class.
Program Description
SPC's "Electrical Lineworker" program, in partnership with Duke Energy, Powertown, Pinellas County Urban League, and Pinellas Technical College, is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and basic skills needed when seeking a career opportunity in the electric utility industry as a lineworker trainee. The following certifications will be earned upon class completion:- Restricted Class A CDL
- OSHA 10-Hour Card
- Bucket Truck Rescue
- Pole Top Rescue
- CPR & AED
- First Aid
Cost
- The cost of this class (including CDL) is now $7,500
