Program Description

St. Petersburg College's brand-new "Electrical Lineworker" program is designed to provide students with the fundamental knowledge and basic skills needed when seeking a career opportunity in the electric utility industry as a lineworker trainee. The following certifications will be earned upon class completion:
 
  • Restricted Class A CDL
  • OSHA 10-Hour Card
  • Bucket Truck Rescue
  • Pole Top Rescue
  • CPR & AED
  • First Aid

  • This training will also prepare students for the Constructions & Skills Trade (CAST) Exam.

    Cost

  • The cost of this class (including CDL) is $4,995. We also have a non-CDL version for students who already have their Restricted Class A CDL. Please contact us for that option- the cost of the non-CDL version is $3,795.
