This course has been developed for certified Live Fire Training Instructors (LFTI's) | |
who need to recertify every three years. The course will count as 8 hours towards | |
their instructor renewal. The students will review the requirements for | | |
recertification, review the changes to NFPA 1403 standard on Live Fire Training, | |
review case studies of tragic live burn training events of the past, and participate in | |
class discussions of those events, review new Emergency Medical Services procedures |
in NFPA 1403 and learn some "tricks-of-the-trade" in conducting live fire training | |
