| firefighting operations. Strategy & Tactics for Initial Company Operations is designed |
| to develop the management skills needed by Company Officers to accomplish assigned |
| tactics at structure fires. Target Audience: Senior firefighters who may at times assume |
| the responsibilities of Company Officer (NFPA 1001, Standard for Firefighter |
| Professional Qualifications, Level II). |
