| This class consists of 24 hours of a combination of classroom and hands-on skills review |
| to prepare the student to successfully pass The Florida State Firefighter practical exam. |
| It is designed for those individuals whose Florida firefighter certification is nearing |
| expiration and who must re-test to retain their certification. The student will review |
| areas of importance such as ropes and knots, ladders, SCBA, hose, salvage, forcible |
| entry, and hazardous materials. The student will also practice testing stations of SCBA/ |
| search, hoseline advancement/management, ladder work and the individual skills station. |
