This 4 hour interactive classroom presentation examines the requirements needed for a 
thorough and complete initial size-up that sets the tone for successful fire ground 
operations while painting a picture for other responders. This will be followed by a 
review of the critical factors to consider when developing your Incident Action Plan
including basic strategical decision making on the fireground.
