| This class is offered to students so they have the opportunity to experience the P.A.T |
| prior to testing. During the class the student will be exposed to each of the five physical |
| stations they will encounter during the P.A.T testing process. The students will be |
| working with Certified Peer Fitness Trainers in order to enhance their physical abilities. |
| The student will learn about nutrition, utilizing good body mechanics, exercise regiments, |
| and specific areas to improve upon. This ultimately should enable the students to be |
| successful at passing the P.A.T. |
