Use of Ventilation Prop

This is a new program wherein fire agencies can come to train with the ventilation
prop utilizing their own equipment, SOP's, and techniques in opening peaked and 
flat roofs. As part of the program, each agency will be responsible for the cost
of consumable items such as plywood, and repair of any unnecessary damage to
the basic prop itself.
