| and how to mitigate those hazards prior to entry. Topics include scene safety and |
| documentation, air monitoring, lock out tag out, ventilation, tripod use, patient packaging, |
| and extraction. This course is essential for industrial and municipal emergency |
| response teams. This course meets the Level 1 requirements set forth in NFPA 1006, |
| Standard for Technical Rescuer Professional Qualification, chapter 7. Confined Space |
