| Confined Space Level 2 is a hands-on intensive course designed to meet the needs of |
| confined space rescuers who must enter spaces where hazards cannot be immediately |
| mitigated. Topics include team management, respiratory protection, communications |
| and limited ingress/egress. These concepts are put to the test during simulated rescues. |
| This course meets the level 2 requirements set forth in NFPA 1006, Standard for |
| Technical Rescuer Professional Qualification, chapter 7. Confined Space Level 2 |
| also meets OSHA 1910.146 and 1910.134 as required. Topics include: |
| respiratory protection; communications equipment; limited ingress/egress; hazard |
| isolation techniques. |
