Allstate Center Room 222 Price: $49.91 The Intoxilyzer training program is designed to enhance public safety by ensuring the accuracy and scientific reliability of evidentiary breath and blood alcohol tests, facilitating enforcement of the implied consent laws under Florida State Chapter 11D-8, and promoting the qualifications and professionalism of persons responsible for breath and blood alcohol analysis within Florida. BTO certificate renewals are required on or before the expiration date every four years. A breath test operator may attend the renewal course after his/her mandatory renewal date has lapsed. If the BTO operator fails the renewal course, he/she may not perform the duties associated with the permit and must attend and successfully complete a BT qualification course. ATMS2 RECORDS: Training Centers will enter all breath test and agency inspector courses into ATMS2 and will maintain the original paperwork for students. Effective December 9, 2004, training centers will no longer need to provide copies of course paperwork to students successfully completing the Breath Test Operator Course and the Agency Inspector Course Instructor: Michael F.
