Agency Inspector Renewal Course

The Agency Inspector conducts inspections of approved breath test instruments.  Personnel possessing a valid Breath Test Operator permit may enroll in this 24-hour course. 

Agency Inspector Renewals are required on or before the expiration date every four years. FDLE rules state: In accordance with Rule 11D-8.008(3), FAC, breath test operators and agency inspectors must satisfy continuing education requirements in order to maintain valid permits.

ATMS2  RECORDS:  Training Centers will enter all breath test and agency inspector courses into ATMS2 and will maintain the original paperwork for students.
