Forcible Entry Back to the Basics

The student attending will acquire an understanding for conventional forcible entry techniques beyond the minimum standards requirements. A brief lecture will discuss the equipment and materials utilized during the practical drills and the drills will allow each student to apply these techniques hands-on during emergency situations. These will include conventional force entry on doors (towards and away, 1 & 2 person technique), steel vs wood technique, confined space forcible entry & limited visibility, door size up, etc.

Student will need to provide PPE with SCBA. Students are required to wear long pants with closed toe shoes.
